Before you call

Read the information relating to your query on the website and have a pen and paper ready. The helpline adviser can:
  • tell you your options
  • explain the benefits and risks of each option
  • tell you what the law is

The helpline adviser is not able to:

  • tell you what to do
  • give a legal opinion
  • do calculations for you, eg how much holiday pay you’ll get
